Job summary

Caltrans in Los Angeles County is seeking a Right of Way Agent under the supervision of the Senior Right of Way Agent. The incumbent will be engaged in a variety of entry-level Right of Way activities with assignments reflecting training needs and workload variations.

The position is permanent, full-time, with in-office telework. Salary ranges are posted for two ranges: $4,928.00–$5,877.00 (A) and $6,096.00–$7,633.00 (B).

Qualifications

• Eligibility for hire may be determined by your score on the RIGHT OF WAY AGENT exam.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is required when operating a State owned or leased vehicle.
• Unofficial transcripts/diploma may be required for verification; foreign transcripts must include U.S. equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, perform a variety of entry-level Right of Way activities with assignments reflecting training needs.
• Work in one or more Right of Way functional areas as assigned.
