Gray Hawk Land Solutions in Clarksburg, West Virginia is seeking a Sr. Right-of-Way Agent to lead negotiations for surface use agreements and easements. The role involves extensive title research, mapping proficiency, and effective interaction with surface owners and local agencies.

The ideal candidate has five years of Right-of-Way experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Full-time with per diem included and six days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of experience in the Right-of-Way industry, negotiating pipelines.
• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or High School graduate.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with government agencies and surface owners.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains good relationships with surface owners and local government officials.
• Negotiate terms for surface agreements, including easements and rights of way.
• Conduct internal and external title research in courthouses with minimal supervision.
• Interpret drawings and mapping data, and use GIS/Google Earth tools.
