C&O Services is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead rigging projects from estimate through completion. You will estimate labor, equipment, rentals, and subcontractors; schedule crews; manage billing; and maintain clear communication with customers and our team.

The ideal candidate will read project scopes and drawings, oversee multiple projects, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while prioritizing safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and estimating rigging projects.
• Ability to read job scopes, drawings, and project requirements.
• Experience with estimating, scheduling, job costing, and billing.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Able to communicate and work well with field crews and internal team members.
• Comfortable managing multiple jobs at once.
• Safety-minded and dependable.
• Basic computer and project management software skills.

Responsibilities

• Estimate rigging projects, including labor, equipment, rentals, subcontractors, and other job costs.
• Perform job walks and review project scope with customers.
• Prepare estimates and proposals.
• Schedule projects, crews, and equipment.
• Coordinate with customers, field supervisors, and team members.
• Make sure the field team has the information and resources needed to complete the job.
• Track project costs and keep jobs within budget.
• Handle change orders and additional work.
• Manage project billing and ensure invoices are accurate and submitted on time.
• Keep customers updated throughout the project.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Help resolve scheduling, field, or customer issues as they come up.
• Follow projects from estimate through completion and closeout.
