Job summary

Universal Orlando is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead mechanical, controls, and animation maintenance for rides and shows in Orlando. You will direct budgeting priorities, manage a technical staff, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance programs.

Responsibilities include planning preventive and predictive maintenance, coordinating with operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining maintenance records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical and trade experience are required.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience is required.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises ride maintenance with hands-on involvement and ensures equipment is like-new.
• Oversees the planning and scheduling process for maintenance, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Leads training and development of direct reports and maintains personnel records; ensures safety compliance and adherence to policies.
• Coordinates with Operations to meet downtime targets and deliver high-quality guest experiences.
