Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovation is recruiting a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Rheumatology to cover Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois and Michigan. The role focuses on scientific engagement with KOLs and health care providers, advancing immunology initiatives, and supporting investigator-initiated studies in a multi-state territory.

You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, R&D and commercial partners, stay updated on data trends, and leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making and efficiency

Qualifications

• Doctorate level degree or equivalent; post graduate experience preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant MSL experience.
• Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise with data analysis and clinical insights.
• Ability to support a defined territory with up to 70% travel.
• US Driver’s License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory.
• Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Cultivate professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs.
• Leverage insights to develop strategic approaches for stakeholder engagements.
• Deliver tailored scientific data to HCPs through effective dialogue and presentations.
• Provide support for investigator-initiated studies and inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure compliant information sharing.
• Contribute to medical strategy, asset planning and cross-functional discussions.
