Job summary

Pzena Investment Management, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Client Services professional to drive RFPs and client support, reporting to the RFP Manager. The role requires 5+ years in financial services with asset management marketing and RFP experience, plus strong writing and Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years in financial services industry.
Must have asset management marketing and/or RFP experience.
Exceptional writing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of investments and financial products.
Experience with proposal management software (preferred).

Responsibilities

Proactively address RFPs, DDQs, client reporting, and ad hoc requests.
Review, edit, and approve RFPs, DDQs, reports, and requests.
Lead ongoing projects: tools, AI skills, RFP library governance.
Draft responses to questions for prospects or clients.
Provide day-to-day support to junior staff.
Articulate investment philosophy and access performance data.
