Job summary

HarbourVest in Boston, MA is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage the end-to-end creation of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and FI responses for institutional investors. You will partner with Investment Specialists, Investor Relations, Legal, and Marketing Compliance to source data and ensure accurate, client-ready materials in a fast-paced global environment.

This hybrid role offers remote workdays, strong collaboration across offices, and a total rewards package including bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail in editing and proofreading for polished deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication to synthesize complex information for client-ready responses.
• Knowledge of private markets, financial concepts, marketing regulations, and business risk.
• Analytical and solutions-oriented with ability to propose practical solutions and follow through.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal partners across levels.
• Collaborative and flexible to support local and global teams on multiple projects.
• Quickly develop expertise in new subject areas and learn continuously.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate, high-quality RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and FIs for institutional investors.
• Manage end-to-end response processes from kickoff to final production.
• Partner with Investment Specialists, Investor Relations, Performance, Legal, Marketing Compliance, and other teams to source information.
• Use the RFP content management system to produce first drafts and ensure consistency across materials.
• Collaborate with HarbourVest's global offices to meet business needs and deadlines.
