Job summary

Otava Inc., a Moorestown-based fabless semiconductor company, seeks a Senior RFIC Design Engineer in a hybrid New Jersey role with remote options in the New England region. The candidate will lead RF/analog circuit design, including tunable filters, phase-shifters, and LNAs, using advanced SiGe/CMOS processes.

The ideal candidate has MSEE/PhD or equivalent experience, strong Cadence/Keysight skills, and a track record of leading designs from concept to production.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required or 3+ years of IC design experience.
• Experience in Microwave/RF/Analog IC design, including PAs, LNAs, phase-shifters, VGAs, switches, regulators.

Responsibilities

• Detailed circuit design of tunable filters, phase-shifters, LNAs, switches and front-end modules.
• Design and layout using Cadence Virtuoso, Keysight ADS, Momentum, HFSS; learn new tools as needed.
• Present technical results during design reviews and troubleshoot with measurement data.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Design to define competitive product specifications.
