Job summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and modeling RFICs, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams, and evaluating prototypes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of RF integrated circuit experience.
• Experience with phase-locked loops, vector modulators/demodulators, oscillators, mixers, and amplifiers.
• Familiarity with microwave frequency performance characterization.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and model RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits.
• Develop RFIC specifications and evaluate prototypes.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineers on function partitioning.
