Kratos Microwave, Inc. is seeking an RF Test Technician 4 to work onsite at our Folsom, CA location. The role focuses on tuning, testing and troubleshooting complex RF/Microwave amplifiers and IMAs in a clean room environment.

You will calibrate equipment like network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes, document results, and support production with design improvements. A High School diploma and 6+ years of related experience are required; US security clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience testing, tuning and troubleshooting microwave assemblies.
• Ability to work with RF/microwave test equipment in a clean room.
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Strong documentation and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform tuning, testing and troubleshooting of RF/Microwave amplifiers and assemblies.
• Calibrate test equipment to support production hardware.
• Operate network and spectrum analyzers to verify specs.
• Train and guide junior technicians.
• Work under microscope for extended periods.
