Vitesse Systems, LLC in Longmont, CO is seeking a Test Engineer III to collaborate with RF and Mechanical Engineers to develop test documentation and lead test execution. You will support technicians, train staff, and troubleshoot test activities to ensure product performance aligns with customer specifications.

The role emphasizes creating test plans, procedures, and reports, while coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive successful validation of radar and electronic warfare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with strong RF knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in RF/test engineering.
• Experience with test plan development and TRR packages.
• Proficiency in test data processing and analysis.

Responsabilités

• Plan, perform, and ensure quality of RF bench tests and radiation pattern measurements.
• Develop test requirements and verification methods with RF, Mechanical, and Systems teams.
• Identify testing methods and fixturing for risk mitigation and verification.
• Review and approve Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports interdepartmentally.
• Debug test issues and review data to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with RF/Mechanical Designers on test layouts and drawings.
• Generate TRR packages and support customer reviews as needed.
• Assist with proposals and develop data processing methods for RF tests.
