Job summary

Programmers in Mountain View, CA is seeking a seasoned engineer with a strong background in RF hardware, troubleshooting, and assembly. This role requires hands-on work with OTA chambers, RF components, and call boxes, as well as proficiency with Windows/ChromeOS and Google Docs/Sheets.

The ideal candidate has 8 years of industry experience and a degree in electronic technology or related fields, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to develop prototype test fixtures and scripts in

Qualifications

Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Technology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of industry experience with electrical troubleshooting, electrical assembly, and mechanical assembly.
Experience with OTA chambers from R&S, Bluetest, or GTS.
Experience with call boxes from R&S, Keysight, or Anritsu.
Experience with RF passive/active components such as splitters, filters, amplifiers, etc.
Computer skills: Windows or ChromeOS is a must.
Familiar with word docs (Google Docs) and spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
Detail-oriented is a must-have.

Responsibilities

Experience in RF Desense Measurements (noise profile, interference, coexistence) is a plus.
Experience in RF HW Testing Setups for Conducted measurements.
Experience creating prototype mockups and test fixtures.
Experience with scripting or Python.
Excellent electrical assembly and debugging skills.
