Job summary

Corevia Staffing in the San Diego area is seeking an experienced RF Test Engineer to configure and operate multi-axis OTA test chambers, perform radiated measurements, and validate 5G NR SA test conditions across FR1 and FR2 bands.

You will analyze test results, prepare regression logs, and coordinate with TCB teams for regulatory submissions while maintaining documentation and measurement repeatability.

Qualifications

• Experience in RF testing for wireless devices or cellular modems.
• Familiar with 5G NR SA, including FDD and TDD bands.
• Experience with reference sensitivity testing and RF benchmarking.
• Proficient with RF test equipment and automated test flows.
• Ability to analyze RF test results and document findings.
• Knowledge of 3GPP test methodologies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and operate OTA test chambers for FR1 and FR2.
• Perform radiated measurements: TRP, TIS, EIRP, EIS, MIMO OTA throughput.
• Validate A-GNSS OTA sensitivity evaluations and Desense investigations.
• Package validation data for FCC/CE/ISED submissions with the TCB team.
• Maintain chamber logs, range calibrations, and data in CSV/Tableau-ready format.
