Job summary

Quantum World Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced RF test engineer to lead OTA testing in state-of-the-art chamber facilities.

You will configure and calibrate multi-axis anechoic chambers for FR1 and FR2, perform radiated measurements, and validate GNSS OTA sensitivity. The role requires 2–5+ years in an RF lab, strong knowledge of 5G NR/LTE/Wi‑Fi, and proficiency with test equipment (Keysight UXM 5G, Rohde & Schwarz CMX500/CMW500, Anritsu MT8000A) and Python for data parsing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 2 to 5+ years direct RF OTA testing experience in a lab.
• Experience with OTA test chambers and RF measurement workflows.
• Familiarity with 5G NR, LTE, Wi‑Fi 6/7, Bluetooth, and UWB PHY.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing and instrument APIs.

Responsibilities

• Configure, calibrate, and operate multi-axis OTA anechoic test chambers for FR1 and FR2.
• Conduct radiated measurements: TRP, TIS, EIRP, EIS, and MIMO OTA throughput.
• Validate satellite positioning with A-GNSS OTA sensitivity tests.
• Log chamber verifications and maintain calibration logs for repeatability.
• Package validation data for regulatory submissions with TCB teams (FCC/CE/ISED).
