Job summary

Talentry is seeking a Senior RF Technician to lead hands-on RF hardware assembly, testing, and validation within a fast-paced lab. You will work closely with engineering teams to optimize RF performance from prototype to production.

The role requires extensive experience with RF testing, calibration techniques, and lab equipment, plus U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance. This on-site position offers growth in a collaborative engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on RF hardware testing experience.
• Associate degree in Electronics or related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly, testing, and validation of RF hardware across the development cycle.
• Perform RF measurements using Vector Network Analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and power meters.
• Support prototype development and optimize RF performance with engineers.
• Mentor technicians and coordinate lab activities with cross-functional teams.
