Job summary

STR is hiring a Senior System Integration & Test (I&T) Engineer in the Woburn, MA area to support integration and test of advanced RF systems. You will build test sets, develop test software, and verify interfaces against requirements, working with MBSE workflows and automated tests.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing in lab and field environments, collaboration with domain experts, and travel as needed. A DoD clearance (Secret required, TS possible) is needed; BS in a technical field and 5+

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Electrical/Systems/Aerospace Eng or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret.
• Experience testing RF systems and integrating hardware/software components.
• Familiarity with containerized software and MBSE tools.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB or LabVIEW; experience with Ansible, Docker/Podman, Unit Test Frameworks and Artifactory.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop hardware test sets and test software with domain experts.
• Hands-on integration in hardware labs and field test environments per spec.
• Prepare briefs and participate in SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TIMS, TRRs.
• Document and execute test plans and procedures.
• Capture, analyze and report test results and metrics.
