Job summary

Scientific Research Corporation seeks a senior engineer for electromagnetic spectrum mission engineering at NSWC Crane, supporting design, testing, integration, and technical leadership across multiple domains. You will interact with customers, lead reviews, and deliver complex analyses while maintaining security clearances.

Requires a bachelor's in electrical engineering (ABET) and 10+ years of related experience; Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an ABET accredited institution.
• 10 years (minimum) of related professional experience.
• Minimum of Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to troubleshoot systems, assemble, repair, test, and disposition mechanical assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Providing design, development, engineering, integration, testing, evaluation, and configuration support for electromagnetic spectrum operations mission engineering across surface, air, ground, undersea, and space domains, including live, virtual, and constructive testing at NSWC Crane.
• Interacting frequently as the organizational representative with the customer to translate requirements into defined specifications.
• Leading major program and/or design reviews and major proposal activities.
• Providing functional and technical guidance to engineers and leadership to the project team.
• Travel approximately 10–20% to support program activities.
