Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Systems Engineer with experience supporting RF communication, Electronic Warfare (EW), SATCOM, and mission systems development. This engineer will lead system verification and validation efforts across the full lifecycle, translating customer requirements into testable system requirements while supporting integration, test, and performance evaluation of complex RF-based hardware and software systems. The role will partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure RF communications, EW capabilities, and mission-critical systems meet technical, operational, and customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include requirements development and traceability, verification planning, RF system integration, test execution, root cause analysis, and validation of system performance using test, analysis, inspection, and demonstration methods. Candidates should have experience with systems engineering methodologies, requirements management, interface control, integration and test activities, and verification of RF, communications, SATCOM, EW, or mission systems. Exposure to MBSE, secure communications, or defense systems is highly desired. An Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

This role is offering $55-70/hr
