Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience with RF components and subsystems including T/R modules and antennas.
• Experience with requirements and verification plans for complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead small multi-disciplinary teams to design, build, and test RF hardware systems.
• Define goals, performance objectives, metrics, dependencies, and risks.
• Lead RF hardware design: antennas, positioners, cables, transceiver assemblies, amplifiers, filters.
• Oversee integration and test of RF systems including software for control and waveform processing.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, firmware, test engineers to troubleshoot issues.
• Develop test plans and verify compliance with requirements and performance.
• Conduct system demonstrations and develop documentation, reports, and data.
• Develop test concepts with signal processing team.
• Perform performance analyses via simulations and real-world testing.
• Prepare briefs for customers and senior management.
