Job summary

RGNext seeks an RF/Systems Engineer to lead RF safety programs and support mission-critical Flight Safety systems aboard Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands. The role requires coordinating surveys, safety documentation, and project inputs while advancing system reliability on land, at sea, and on ships.

The position requires a engineering degree, 2+ years in RF/related fields, and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance. Relocation to Kwajalein is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM field.
• 2+ years of engineering/RF experience.
• Experience creating documentation for requirements, design, testing, planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF safety program including RF surveys and safety documentation.
• Coordinate and guide RF oversight across projects and management.
• Maintain and improve land/sea-based Flight Safety systems and related processing/display, antennas and transmitters.
• Perform fault detection, analysis, repair, testing and documentation.
• Ensure cyber compliance per RMF accreditation requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
