Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or RF communications and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated RF knowledge including link budget analysis and linearity.
• End-to-end experience developing and delivering RF systems, from requirements to space-worthy products.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain requirements specifications for RF payloads and subsystems.
• Conduct payload design trades in support of new business proposals and bids.
• Drive development process, make key design decisions and trades.
• Complete analyses in support of design needs and test plans.
• Support the design and development of GSE and production automation.
• Develop product documentation including ICDs and User Manuals.
• Provide technical support to internal/external customers and manage inquiries.
