Job summary

Hermeus is seeking an RF systems engineer to define hardware architectures and test RF modules for airborne and ground systems. You will model RF hardware, develop test concepts, and lead design validation with cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing and quality.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with 4+ years of RF hardware design/testing and experience across RF bands. Prototyping, data analysis, and travel to test campaigns are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 4+ years of professional experience designing and testing RF hardware and systems.
• Experience with RF/antenna systems in multiple bands (L/S/C/Ku/Ka).

Responsibilities

• Simulate/model RF hardware for communication systems and sensors.
• Develop RF test concepts and procedures for RF/environmental testing.
• Define hardware architecture and test microwave circuits and assemblies.
• Lead end-to-end design validation and root-cause troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to integrate RF modules and antennas.
• Analyze data, document results, and present findings.
