Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a related engineering field.
• Experience characterizing, debugging RF PCB issues to optimize performance, testing designs, and troubleshooting hardware.

Responsibilities

• Testing, fabrication, assembly, inspection, debugging, rework, modification, and evaluation of RF and digital circuit boards for signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototypes.
• System engineering and advanced R&D associated with these products during pre-delivery design, integration, and acceptance.
• Frequent communication with senior leadership through presentations and reports.
• Investigate and resolve system problems with other engineering personnel.
• Provide feedback to the development team on operational functionality concerns.
• Periodic travel to vendor and customer sites in support of product management.
• Ownership of engineering documents such as test procedures, new product initiation, and lifecycle documentation.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for product line maintenance.
