Job summary

CACI International Inc in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Senior Integration & Test Engineer with extensive RF systems knowledge to lead integration, troubleshooting, and verification of complex circuit card assemblies.

You will serve as the technical lead for production integration, coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management to ensure products meet demanding customer and program requirements; 8+ years of experience and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, systems engineering, physics or related discipline.
8+ years of experience in integrating and testing complex RF and electronic systems.
Expertise in RF communications, microwave systems, digital signal processing or SIGINT/ISR systems.
Extensive troubleshooting experience across RF hardware at component, subsystem and system levels.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead integration of complex RF, digital, and mixed-signal systems; develop integration strategies, test plans, and verification procedures for hardware and system-level testing.
Perform advanced troubleshooting of RF signal paths, transmit/receive chains, digital interfaces, power distribution, timing, synchronization, and system communications.
Analyze RF performance including gain, loss, noise figure, frequency response, harmonics, spurious emissions, and signal integrity.
Configure and operate RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, power meters, oscilloscopes).
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, firmware, and interface issues across multidisciplinary teams.
Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions for integration and production issues.
Review engineering drawings, RF block diagrams, schematics, ICDs, wiring diagrams, and system specs.
Support customer acceptance testing, environmental/testing and field integration activities.
Develop automated test methodologies and improve integration and production processes.
Mentor engineers and technicians; provide technical leadership during integration and production activities.
Support proposal efforts, technical reviews, and customer briefings.
