You will work with a diverse team of RF systems engineers and SMEs, contributing to pre-delivery design, integration, and acceptance. The role requires 5+ years in engineering, RF PCB debugging, schematic reading, PCB layout, and production experience.

Qualifikationen

• US citizen required.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 5+ years of related engineering experience.
• Experience characterizing and debugging RF PCB issues to optimize performance.
• Experience with reading and writing schematics.
• Experience with PCB layout and fabrication.
• Experience in production environment and product development.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
• DoD security clearance (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Testing, fabrication, assembly, inspection, debugging, rework, modification, and evaluation of RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies for signals intelligence, radar, and communications prototype development systems.
• Engineering and advanced R&D during pre-delivery design, integration, and acceptance.
• Frequent communication with senior leadership through presentations and meetings.
• Investigate and resolve system problems with other engineering personnel.
• Provide feedback to the development team regarding operational functionality.
• Periodic travel to vendor and customer sites to support product management.
• Ownership of engineering documents such as test procedures/plans and lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines for support and maintenance.
