Anduril Cyber is hiring an RF Systems Engineer with broad technical range across RF architecture, systems engineering, verification, field integration, and cross‑functional technical leadership. The role is aimed at a senior hands‑on engineer who can connect requirements, design trades, integration realities, and productization decisions across the full system.

  • Own end-to-end RF and system architecture trade studies across hardware, software, DSP, integration, and operational constraints.
  • Develop requirements, verification strategies, interface definitions, and engineering artifacts that keep complex programs technically coherent.
  • Lead technical reviews, customer‑facing discussions, and cross‑disciplinary design decisions with clear engineering judgment.
  • Drive integration problem‑solving across lab, field, and production‑oriented contexts while balancing performance, reliability, manufacturability, and schedule.
  • Use structured systems‑engineering methods to identify risks, close gaps, and improve confidence in the overall architecture.
  • Serve as a player‑coach technical leader who can move fluidly between deep technical details and broader program‑level tradeoffs.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong experience in systems engineering for RF, digital, or mixed‑signal systems with real ownership of architecture and integration outcomes.
  • Demonstrated skill in requirements development, interface definition, verification planning, and technical risk management.
  • Broad RF systems understanding, including receiver/transmitter chains, timing/synchronization concerns, and practical integration constraints.
  • Ability to lead technical trade studies across performance, cost, manufacturability, reliability, and schedule.
  • Experience working directly with customers or external stakeholders in technical reviews, requirements discussions, or architecture briefings.
  • Hands‑on problem‑solving ability across software, hardware, networking, and field integration boundaries.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with reverse engineering legacy systems or reconstructing architecture where documentation is incomplete.
  • Background with FPGA/SoC‑based platforms, high‑speed digital systems, or multi‑disciplinary hardware development programs.
