Job summary

Innovative Signal Analysis, Inc. seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead RF collection processing capabilities in Richardson, TX or Aurora, CO. You will drive architecture decisions, mentor teams, and coordinate with customers and executives to align engineering plans with mission objectives.

Responsibilities span full lifecycle systems engineering, from requirements through O&M, plus proposal support and program oversight. TS/SCI with polygraph is required for candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of relevant systems engineering experience (senior-level candidates strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in signal processing, RF systems, and high-performance distributed computing environments.
• Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle (requirements through O&M).
• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with SSBI (including polygraph).

Responsibilities

• Capability Ownership: primary technical authority for RF collection processing systems; define roadmaps, architectures, baselines.
• Full Lifecycle Systems Engineering: lead requirements, design, documentation, reviews, IV&V, installation, and O&M.
• Technical Leadership: guide with Program Software Architect and Chief Engineer to resolve issues.
• Program Oversight & Reporting: track progress, budget, and manpower; report to leadership.
• Customer Representation & Liaison: act as company representative to customers and partners.
• Proposal Support: contribute to proposals, technical volumes, cost estimation, and bidding.
