Job summary

Innovative Signal Analysis, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead RF collection processing capabilities in Richardson, TX or Aurora, CO.

You will guide design, development, and delivery, working with the Program Software Architect and Chief Engineer to align technical execution with mission objectives. This role requires a strong background in signal processing, distributed computing, cloud/VPC environments, and lifecycle engineering—from requirements through O&M.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 7 years of relevant systems engineering experience (senior-level strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in signal processing, RF systems, and high-performance distributed computing environments.
• Strong understanding of the full systems engineering lifecycle (requirements through O&M).
• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance with SSBI (including polygraph).

Responsibilities

• Capability Ownership: define roadmaps, architectures, baselines for RF processing systems.
• Lead systems engineering for high-performance distributed signal processing across on-prem/cloud/hybrid deployments.
• Provide technical leadership with Program Software Architect and Chief Engineer; engage customers and partners.
• Track progress, costs, and manpower; deliver status to program leadership.
• Represent the company with external customers and stakeholders; bridge communication with engineering teams.
• Contribute to proposals, technical volumes, cost estimation, and bidding.
