Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in CS, CE, EE, Physics, Math, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of systems engineering experience; senior-level candidates preferred.
• Experience in signal processing, RF systems, and high-performance distributed computing.
• Understanding of full systems engineering lifecycle from requirements to O&M.
• U.S. Citizenship with TS/SCI clearance including polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Capf ownership: act as technical authority for RF collection processing systems and roadmaps.
• Lead systems engineering for high-performance distributed signal processing; on-prem/cloud/hybrid.
• Provide technical leadership with Program Software Architect and Chief Engineer.
• Monitor progress, forecasts, and resources; provide program status.
• Represent the company to external customers and partners; liaison with stakeholders.
• Contribute to proposals, technical volumes, cost estimations, and bidding.
