Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 10+ years in software architecture, design, and development, with at least 3 years leading technical teams.
• Proficient in production-quality C/C++ and Python code.
• Experience decomposing program requirements into technical tasks.
• Must obtain and maintain a SECRET DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of software for RF-based, SIGINT/EW, and embedded systems.
• Decompose program and product requirements into technical tasks for software teams.
• Write, review, and maintain high-quality, modular code and documentation.
• Develop and enforce software architecture standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Drive modular code bases enabling product line extensibility and add-on packages.
• Participate in proposals, technical reviews, and roadmap planning as a technical stakeholder.
• Mentor engineers in technical execution and code quality.
• Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance capabilities and maintain competitive edge.
• Ensure software solutions meet security, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Support field testing and deployment in operational environments.
