Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Senior RF/Radar Threat Modeling Engineer in Huntsville, AL to support government initiatives onsite. The role requires active TS/SCI clearance and extensive RF/radar modeling experience.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into actionable solutions and ensure compliance with security standards. Lead threat modeling efforts, contribute to process improvements, and apply modeling/simulation to represent foreign emitter and EW behaviors

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in RF engineering; radar; signal processing; emitter characterization; M&S; electromagnetic systems
• Minimum 12 years experience with a Master’s degree related to the labor category, or 17 years total with a related bachelor’s as substitute for master

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Combine RF/radar engineering and threat-system characterization with modeling/simulation to represent foreign emitter, radar, seeker, communications, or EW behavior
