Weeghman & Briggs is seeking an Expert RF/Radar Threat Modeling Engineer to support mission-critical DoD programs in Huntsville, AL. This onsite role requires an active TS clearance and a strong background in RF/Radar threat modeling.

The candidate will analyze requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure security and contractual compliance while contributing to process improvements and performance gains.

Qualifications

• Active TS clearance required.
• 20+ years of experience with a Master’s degree in a related field is expected.
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
• Expertise in RF engineering, radar, signal processing, emitter characterization, M&S, and electromagnetic systems.

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
• Combine RF/radar engineering and threat-system characterization with modeling/simulation to represent foreign emitter, radar, seeker, communications, or EW behavior.
