Job summary

Weeghman & Briggs in Huntsville, AL seeks an Expert RF/Radar Threat Modeling Engineer to join a mission-driven team supporting critical government programs. This onsite role requires TS clearance and a strong background in RF engineering and threat modeling.

You will translate requirements into actionable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with contract and security standards, and advance modeling and simulation of RF/radar behavior.

Qualifications

Active TS clearance required.
20+ years of experience with a Master's degree related to the labor category.
Experience supporting government or DoD programs.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in RF engineering; radar; signal processing; emitter characterization; M&S; electromagnetic systems.

Responsibilities

Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Ensure compliance with contract and security standards.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
Combine RF/radar engineering and threat-system characterization with modeling/simulation to represent foreign emitter, radar, seeker, communications, or EW behavior.
