Job summary

Analogic is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their RF Power Engineering team in Salem, NH. Responsibilities include leading product development from concept to market, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. The ideal candidate holds an MS/BS in engineering or a scientific discipline and has over 10 years of program management experience in high power RF products. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of program management experience developing high power RF products preferred.
• Strong engineering background with experience in troubleshooting electrical/electronic products.
• PMI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of product development from concept to market introduction.
• Create comprehensive Program Plans including specifications, design standards, resources, and costs.
• Execute the approved scope, schedule, and budget of programs, tracking progress formally.
• Identify and manage risks, developing mitigation plans as required.
• Manage project communications and provide frequent progress reports to senior management.
• Maintain program documentation according to Analogic standards.
