The position requires a STEM degree with multiple years of engineering experience, plus an active DoD Secret clearance and the ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM with related professional/military engineering experience; or Master’s degree with related experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Experience with airborne communications and RF systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Integrate airborne communications systems and components for real-time coordination across domains.
• Develop, analyze, mature, and implement requirements for subsystems.
• Design, analyze, configure, test, document, and troubleshoot communications systems.
• Document designs with schematics, diagrams, and specifications.
• Collaborate to integrate LOS/BLOS subsystems to meet objectives.
• Provide technical management with partners and suppliers, including testing support.
• Perform informal and formal testing of subsystem requirements.
• Lead activities, raise risks, and ensure technical rigor across teams.
