Translate operations goals into actionable daily production plans and long-term roadmaps.
Lead manufacturing/operations processes and ensure staff alignment with business needs.
Develop manufacturing/process technology roadmap and capital requirements.
Drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives to reduce bottlenecks and improve KPIs.
Prepare and present progress reports to the executive team.
