Job summary

RTX's RF Microelectronics team in the US is seeking a Senior RF Module Design/Development Engineer to lead power combining structures for GaAs and GaN MMICs used in radar modules.

You will design, test, and integrate RF modules, perform 3D electromagnetic simulations, troubleshoot prototypes, and collaborate with MMIC, design, and assembly teams to deliver robust solutions for next‑generation radar systems.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering & Math (STEM) field.
• Five or more years of Microwave/RF module design, analysis, test.
• Hands‑on experience with electromagnetic simulation tools (HFSS, ADS, CST).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design RF structures and transitions for RF modules and analog circuitry.
• Perform 3D electromagnetic simulations of power combining and RF structures.
• Troubleshoot RF Modules prototyped and under development.
• Collaborate with RF module design, MMIC design and assembly teams.
