Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior RF Modeling and Simulation Engineer to advance contested electromagnetic spectrum environment modeling and integration within the AFSM framework for AFRL.

You will design modular simulation components, implement interfaces, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid/mostly in-office setting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in C++, Python, Rust, and experience with CI/CD, source control, and modern IDEs, plus US citizenship and eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in C++, Python, Rust, or related development.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the simulation framework and models for RF systems.
• Integrate existing models into the AFSM framework for AFRL Air Warfare Directorate.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance contested electromagnetic spectrum environment modeling.
