Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks a Senior RF Modeling and Simulation Engineer to advance contested electromagnetic spectrum environment modeling and integration within the AFSM framework for AFRL.

You will design modular simulation components, implement interfaces, and drive cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid/mostly in-office setting. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in C++, Python, Rust, and experience with CI/CD, source control, and modern IDEs, plus US citizenship and eligibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in C++, Python, Rust, or related development.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearance.

## Senior RF Modeling and Simulation EngineerApply: Beavercreek, OH: Full time: Posted Today: HR102453Radiance Technologies is seeking a motivated, skilled, and experienced Senior RF Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our team as we advance the state-of-the-art in contested electromagnetic spectrum environment modeling, simulation, and analysis. The products that you develop will be used to improve our nation’s and allies’ capability to accurately model systems and simulate interactions pertinent to electromagnetic spectrum operations under study by the US Air Force, Space Force, Department of War, and intelligence community.We are looking for a candidate who will be working to build a highly modular system for contested electromagnetic environments and enhance the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM) for the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Air Warfare Directorate (RA) at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. The successful candidate will design and implement the simulation framework, models, and interfaces to support holistic integration of existing models into the new simulation architecture for radio frequency (RF) systems and subsystems. Work spans controlled unclassified information and multiple classification levels. Research and development mission and team-focused hybrid or primarily in-office are appropriate for this position.
