Qualifications

• Strong RF communications theory foundation including modulation, propagation, link budgets, and spectrum analysis.
• Hands-on DSP experience: filtering, FFT, detection, estimation, adaptive algorithms.
• Expertise in compressive sensing: sparse recovery, L1/L2, sensing matrices, sub-Nyquist sampling.
• ML experience: designing and implementing ML algorithms with signal/time-series data.
• End-to-end ML pipelines: ingestion, preprocessing, training, deployment, monitoring.
