Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering, CS, Applied Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience; 10+ years with MS/MA; 7+ years with PhD.
• Experience in RF communications theory, modulation, spectrum analysis.
• Hands-on DSP including filtering, FFT, and adaptive algorithms.
• Experience with compressive sensing and sparse signal recovery.
• Proficiency in ML: supervised/unsupervised/deep learning; pipelines.
• Python and C/C++ proficiency; MATLAB is a plus.
• Familiarity with PyTorch/TensorFlow/keras; scikit-learn.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
