The role emphasizes technical leadership, staff development, and end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to production, with emphasis on SWaP improvements and customer briefings.

Qualifications

• Experience with RF/microwave/millimeter-wave design and systems.
• Proficient in MWO, ADS, HFSS, Sonnet, Spice or Cadence.
• Strong leadership and project-management experience with customer-facing deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF/microwave design team through development and production releases for SSPAs/MFMs.
• Manage personnel development, proposals, and transition of new products.
• Oversee architecture design, trade studies, and performance verification with testing.
