Job summary

Leidos Defense Group seeks an experienced RF-ITV INDOPACOM Senior Field Service Engineer (FSE) based at Fort Shafter, Hawaii. You will support RF-ITV operations across INDOPACOM, engaging with INDOPACOM HQ, units, and partners to ensure mission readiness and effective field support.

The role emphasizes RFID hardware/software deployment, troubleshooting, customer engagement, and training, with a focus on interoperability and program priorities across the theater.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with extensive relevant experience in RF/ITV or defense logistics.
• Experience installing, upgrading, or replacing RFID hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as field liaison with INDOPACOM headquarters and unit customers.
• Oversee RF-ITV read nodes and support 97% operational readiness.
• Coordinate system outages, maintenance, and training missions in ISS.
• Provide SME guidance on RFID wave propagation and ISO 18000-7 protocols.
• Prepare customer-ready deliverables and maintain program communications.
