Job summary

Lucix Corporation in California is seeking an experienced Senior PCB Designer to lead high-frequency PCB layout efforts for RF, analog, digital, and power boards. You will collaborate with RF and hardware engineers through iterative design cycles to ensure electrical performance and manufacturability.

The role requires ownership from placement to release, strong attention to detail, and the ability to generate complete fabrication documentation, ODB++ outputs, and library parts.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on PCB layout experience.
• Experience with high-frequency RF PCB layout up to 31 GHz is required.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and own PCB layouts through release.

Responsibilities

• Lead PCB layout for power, analog, digital, and RF boards.
• Create and maintain library parts and database.
• Execute multilayer PCB layouts with signal integrity and manufacturability considerations.
• Route components with controlled impedance and RF techniques.
• Coordinate with engineers and PCB vendors to ensure build readiness.
• Produce fabrication outputs (ODB++/BluePrint).
• Identify and mitigate layout risks early in design.
