Job summary

GVI Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking a RF Hardware Engineer to design and test printed circuit boards for C4ISR applications. You will contribute to development, testing, and documentation efforts across multiple disciplines and work with senior engineers on complex hardware projects.

The role requires hands-on RF experience, the ability to read schematics/datasheets, and mentoring test technicians. On-site in San Diego with a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EE/ME/CE/CS/TM/IS/IRM/IT/Physics or related field.
• Master's degree in same fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and test PCB-related engineering activities.
• Support new capability engineering including design, testing and operation of C4ISR components.
• Perform tests, analyze results, and document findings.
• Identify and document functional requirements.
• Review and update technical documentation.
• Analyze R&D plans and maintain knowledge of relevant tech.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
