Job summary

CACI is seeking an Electronics Engineer specializing in RF test environments and component characterization for intelligence products. The role focuses on hands-on work with IEDs, SDRs, and integration into Uncrewed Systems across aerial, ground, or surface platforms.

The candidate will generate schematics, design PCBs, and use IDE tools with Raspberry Pi/Arduino devices, while producing detailed technical reports on findings and device performance. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
  • 5+ years of RF test experience in intelligence product environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; Master’s may substitute for one year of experience.
  • Benchtop RF measurements using signal generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, etc.
  • Experience with Uncrewed Systems (Aerial, Vehicle, Surface).
  • Experience with IDE software and Raspberry Pi/Arduino devices.
  • Testing and characterization of IEDs and SDRs.
  • Knowledge of electronic schematic generation and PCB layout.
  • Ability to produce technical reports detailing findings and device profiles.
  • Must pass a comprehensive medical assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct RF measurements with standard test equipment.
  • Characterize electrical components and RF devices.
  • Integrate RF systems into uncrewed platforms.
  • Analyze circuits to develop device profiles.
  • Create schematics and PCB layouts.
  • Work with Raspberry Pi and Arduino in development.
  • Solder and rework PCBs and components.
  • Prototype custom circuits and electronics systems.
  • Generate technical reports and testing documentation.
  • Apply RF theory to solve complex problems.
