Job summary

SpaceX is looking for a motivated Sr. RF Front-End Module Design Engineer to develop cutting-edge RF modules for the Starlink Mobile network. You will lead the design and integration of RF front-end components, ensuring high performance and reliability.

The role demands at least 5 years of experience in RF/Microwave engineering, along with a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. A competitive salary range of $160,000 – $225,000 per year is offered, alongside extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in RF/Microwave or RFIC engineering.
• Experience designing RF modules for cellular or Wi-Fi applications.
• Familiarity with MCM design and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RF front-end MCMs for 5G NR, LTE, and Wi-Fi.
• Integrate RFICs, power management ICs, and filters into MCMs.
• Conduct lab characterization and debugging of prototypes.
