Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years in RF engineering including design, validation and production support.
• 5+ years in engineering management with RF teams.
• Proven leadership in RF architectures, modeling and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple RF engineering teams for architecture, design, simulation, validation, and production support of RF systems/modules/subsystems.
• Establish technical standards and design practices ensuring performance, reliability, manufacturability, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive complex cross-functional programs with Product Mgmt, Systems, Program Mgmt, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Field teams.
• Translate requirements into RF technical roadmaps and resourcing plans.
• Provide hands-on leadership for critical design decisions and issue resolution on RF performance or reliability issues.
• Mentor and retain RF talent through development plans and inclusive culture.
• Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, and continuous improvement in engineering execution.
