Job summary

BOOST LLC, partnering with DSE, seeks an experienced RF Engineer to support the MAGTF Agile Network Gateway Link (MANGL) program for the U.S. Marine Corps.

The role involves RF hardware/software design, waveform development, IP networking, and EMC/compliance work on-site at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, Maryland. Qualified candidates have a BS in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in engineering, and experience with waveform deployment and cross-domain solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in an engineering role or related field.
• Experience in hardware/software development, modeling, simulation, and system test/eval.
• Strong background in waveform development for multiple tactical radio platforms.
• Expertise designing system protocols (RF, RFID, Wi-Fi, routing, encryption).

Responsibilities

• Support the MANGL family of systems for the USMC.
• Perform systems engineering, hardware/software design and RF integration.
• Apply EMC practices to ensure compliance.
• Develop IP networking, data links, and tactical radio networks.
• Contribute to waveform development and CSfC initiatives.
• Support acquisition documentation and IPT activities.
• Lead discussions with MAGTF stakeholders and partners.
