Job summary

CenCore Group in the United States is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to support advanced electromagnetic systems, shielding development, RF testing, and customer accreditation for secure facilities and national security missions.

You will design and model shielding architectures, evaluate threats, mentor engineers, and collaborate with manufacturing, operations, and leadership teams, with travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance preferred; willing to obtain/maintain clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship required; passport required.
• Strong RF engineering expertise including shielding technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D, modeling, testing, and validation of EM protection systems.
• Evaluate RF threats and develop engineering solutions for secure facilities.
• Design shielding architectures, grounding, and EMC/EMI mitigation.
• Prepare technical reports, analyses, and executive briefings.
• Travel to customer sites for testing and accreditation activities.
